This post release is identical to v0.5.0 but fixes the CI scripts so that the Linux and Windows binaries are generated correctly.

The Windows build apparently only works for numeric versions: https://github.com/Nitrokey/pynitrokey/actions/runs/10899364050

I suggest to leave it like that for 0.5.0 and do a normal release with #506 and #565 soon. What do you think?
