This is a github action to help with building aws ecr images and deploying to a eks cluster

## Secrets needed to setup

AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
AWS_REGION

## How to use the action

    - name: Setup AWS
      uses: NitMedia/aws-ecr-eks-action@master
      secrets: ["AWS_REGION","AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID","AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY","KUBE_CONFIG_DATA"]
      with:
