Banner with URSA MAJOR SUPERCLUSTER effect

Hello everybody! Here is an original version of URSA MAJOR SUPERCLUSTER. When I explored this effect I made my version of it in my site. I changed code for using with React and Less. I drawed a background and applied this effect. You can see how it looks on the screenshot below.
