Two problems with this PR as of now:

The vite version needs to manually aligned with @sand4rt/experimental-ct-web Remove vite as dependency sand4rt/playwright-ct-web#2
Playwright does not correctly build the app for the tests, even though pnx build components works just fine LIT decorators sand4rt/playwright-ct-web#8
