XLibre for Hurd

The first thing you have to do is install build dependencies:
* `sudo apt build-dep xorg xorg-server`
* `sudo apt install meson libdrm-dev libdbus-1-dev libepoxy-dev python3 python3-requests python3-bs4`

Then compile `xserver-xlibre-dev` using `./xserver-xlibre-dev.sh`.
After that, compile the software using `make`.
Finally, install the software with `./install.sh`.
