Windows Release

This is the first Windows release of PDF-2-DOC-Utility. To use:

1. Download and unzip the folder
2. Right click on main.exe and choose "Create Shortcut"
3. Move the shortcut anywhere you want (you can also rename it)
4. Click and drag a PDF on top of your shortcut
5. Success!
