An (ongoing) wiki for proposed tutorials that aggregate WeberLab areas of expertise. Topics that nobody has started yet should appear as red links. To add to the wiki, look for a topic with a red link and follow the layout/format provided in the example under the matching super-header.
Relevant neuroscientific information; particularly concepts, or knowledge that is essential to the development of experiments testing the synthesis of motor and sensory information in the nervous system.
- Example/Template neuroanatomy wiki page.
- Example/Template neurophysiology wiki page.
Mathematics and related engineering/statistics concepts, particularly relevant ones for understanding multi-modal sensorimotor integration. It is encouraged that abstract concepts are supplemented with concrete numerical examples, images/graphics, and where possible, algorithmic or actual code to realize related simulations/use cases.
- Example/Template applied math wiki page with numerical and graphical examples.
- Example/Template signal processing wiki page with step-by-step instructions.
Techniques developed and/or deployed in the Weber Lab toward experimental ends or during development of new technologies. This could include subject matter ranging from coding to behavioral tasks and everything in-between. Sharing of protocols (with clearly-enumerated steps) is encouraged.
- Example/Template of a stimulation protocol wiki page.
- Example/Template of a data extraction workflow tutorial wiki page.
Administrative information (even if it is not the most exciting). If you plan on contributing/sharing, please take a look at the relevant links (important links are in bold for emphasis).
