Cloud Watch Support

There is a publishing implementation that will allow you to publish metrics to Amazon’s CloudWatch service. It requires that you provide your AWS credentials at initialization, as well as a namespace to publish to. After that you just need to register it with the pollers that you want to have publish to CloudWatch. The other benefit of including this component is that it has some InjectableTags that provide meta data related to your instance if you are running in AWS.
