Reviewed all links that were connected to "NREL" and updates them.
Some links were found to be broken or out dated, and I have removed what did not exist any more or updated the links to their correct locations where relevant.
Otherwise, most updates were just updating the github page from "github.com/NREL" to "github.com/NatLabRockies"
