ci(e2e): full main-equivalent no-op qualification

Purpose

Run the complete unfiltered default-supported E2E matrix against a byte-for-byte main-equivalent candidate.

The two signed branch commits add and remove a temporary sentinel. The final candidate tree is exactly identical to the recorded main base tree; this PR is an E2E controller only and must not be merged.

Selectors will remain empty. Jetson, DGX Spark, Launchable, and Slack posting remain disabled.

This PR has zero changed files and explicitly must not be merged. The completed run and its failing-job evidence remain available after closure. Any reproducible failures should be tracked through scoped issues and implementation PRs; keeping a zero-diff controller open does not provide a merge path.
