This composer.json and related files is based on the drupalwxt project template and includes a sub-theme and some custom modules.
- Enable the Language Selection Module
- Ensure Theme Settings Module is enabled
- Go to Theme Settings Config
- Set Splash values (bg, link text, site name)
- Go to Language Detection & Selection
- https://test.osdp.azure.nrcan-rncan.cloud/en/admin/config/regional/language/detection
- Enable "Language Selection Page" and move to bottom
- Go to Config for Language Selection
- Set Page title
- Set path to /splash
