The software released here builds on the previous release and includes bug fixes, enhancements, and the addition of a mainstem (MS) + full-resolution (FR) inundation compositing capability.

A noteworthy enhancement is the removal of a synthetic rating curve calibration technique that sought to optimize Manning's n (roughness) by stream order. This technique has been replaced by a variable Manning’s n technique in an effort to better represent in-channel vs. overbank roughness characterizations.
