Final release for data paper

Final version of scripts etc used for digitization as described in Scientific Data manuscript. This release tag, has the 'manuscript' branch merged into master, and thus includes the updates to the manuscript draft from that branch. This is unlike the HEAD of master in the repo, which at the time of tagging stands at commit 7e66e37.
