🗒️ Summary
This pull request contains the lambda functions to copy products from PDS Nucleus S3 Bucket to EFS, Check for completely copied products and trigger Nucleus DAGs for completed products.
These changes also handle the extraction of .fz file to .fits in a cost effective manner.
