Add support for ortho camera to controls

• Determine how to choose the correct "up" orientation for the camera (use closest point to camera forward on ellipse)
• Handle zoom out transition logic
• Add a "get camera focus position" function for ortho transition (only if assigned)
• Just jump the ortho camera position to a point behind the projection using a typical 50 degree fov
  • Must use a stable point that is at the closest point on an ellipse (https://www.geometrictools.com/Documentation/DistancePointEllipseEllipsoid.pdf)
