Bionicle Fonts v2.2

v2.2 includes fixes and additions for the okoto2016 font. Specifically, v2.2:

• features newly redrawn versions of all symbols
• fixes the D, I, J, Q, and X glyphs
• adds the Ekimu symbol as 9
• switches around the Umarak and Elemental Creatures symbols (now Elemental Creatures is 7 and Umarak is 8)
• adds credits to the font file (in theory)
