okoto2016: fix C/c glyph, add creature symbol as 8 glyph, add WOFF2

* Fix okoto2016's C/c glyph
* Add creature symbol as okoto2016's 8 glyph
* Add WOFF2 version of okoto2016
* Update documentation accordingly
