Add native MetaX INT8 linear operators for the DiT, audio adapter, T5
and CLIP, including fake implementations for Inductor compilation.
Prepare SekoTalk audio attention metadata before tracing DiT blocks.

Select Seko audio attention through the operator registry on every
platform. Default to FA2 and explicitly select each platform backend
in deployment configs. Make the common FA2 wrapper honor supplied
sequence boundaries for packed and single-sequence inputs.

Add eight-GPU SekoTalk v2.7 RS2V and InfiniteTalk v3 INT8 examples with
complex RoPE, torch.compile and request-shape warmup enabled. Isolate
RS2V warmup request, scheduler, RNG and VAE cache state while retaining
compiled blocks. Reuse the shared InfiniteTalk runner for v3 segments.

Keep launchers to explicit paths, MetaX settings and a direct torchrun
command. Accept model, task and model path arguments in the RS2V entry
point alongside a single clip config while preserving legacy shot configs.
Use static v3 component paths and resolve FFmpeg through imageio in local
video encoding, audio muxing and recording. Report video encoding errors.

Validation performed during development:
- Native MetaX INT8 and fullgraph Inductor execution checks passed.
- FA2 dispatch, audio metadata and RS2V warmup lifecycle checks passed.
- 32 FP16/BF16 C500 FA2 comparisons matched native calls bitwise.
- Eight-C500 v2.7 compile/warmup generation passed for two segments;
the 149-frame 480x832 video and audio decoded successfully.
- Eight-C500 v3 compile/warmup generation passed with s2v_5s, including
first and continuation segments, 16 rank warmups and all 8 DiT steps.
  The output decoded to 115 frames at 704x1280 and 25 FPS with audio;
the formal rank-0 DiT step median was 7.554417 seconds.
- Pre-commit passed for all 77 MetaX files without modifications.
- Direct RS2V CLI and legacy shot configs produced equivalent startup
and request data; parallel setup and argument overrides passed.
- Native FFmpeg lossless/lossy encoding, audio muxing and local TCP
recording passed with decoded video/audio and exact lossless frames.
- Launcher shell syntax, runtime paths, JSON and git diff checks passed.

NVIDIA, Ascend and MLU whole-model hardware regressions remain untested
for the shared FA2 changes. Strict whole-model output equality is unverified.
Add MUSA configs and separate launchers for SekoTalk v2.5, SekoTalk v2.7
RS2V and the v3 InfiniteTalk checkpoint. Place configs and scripts under
the corresponding model directories. Use direct torchrun commands and
static RS2V main/clip configs for v2.7, and expose segment frame counts.

Use native MUSA FP8 layers for T5 and CLIP, preserve checkpoint scale
precision and adapter normalization dtypes, and match InfiniteTalk patch
inputs to convolution weights. Exclude separate adapters from DiT shards.

Add torch_sdpa_varlen for packed Seko audio. Reuse dense SDPA per sequence
and keep cumulative-length metadata on CPU to avoid device reads. Restore
one uniform cu-seqlens call in the audio model, with no backend-specific
frame splitting. Preserve existing dense attention and the device metadata
path used by other attention backends.

Encode WAV audio as AAC for MP4 compatibility with older FFmpeg decoders.

Warm InfiniteTalk DiT and VAE with real segment shapes, once for each first
or continuation shape. Restore initial latents, scheduler and RNG state.
Retain valid RoPE and compiled caches, reuse VAE decoding and model offload
cleanup, and enable warmup in the MUSA v3 config.

Validation:
- Native MUSA component and varlen/dense SDPA checks passed.
- Native torchaudio save/load and Shot audio mux passed with TorchCodec
0.8.1 installed in the validation container.
- Eight-S5000 v2.5 and v2.7 generation passed with the original s2v_5s
sample; output video and audio decoded.
- Eight-S5000 v3 warmup off/on/cached runs passed the original s2v_5s sample.
Segment latents and RNG matched exactly on all ranks; decoded video matched.
First and continuation shapes warmed once and were reused on the next run.
- Focused warmup scheduler/RNG, VAE decoding, failure recovery and shape-cache
  checks passed.
- All three launchers passed shell syntax and startup argument/configuration
checks, including static RS2V shot routing and request argument forwarding.
- Ruff, formatting, JSON and diff checks passed.
Add native NPU INT8 CLIP paths and distributed Seko v2.7/v3 configurations
with segment warmup and MindIE compilation. Use an opt-in eager NPU
attention implementation while preserving the existing attention backend.

Restore video encoding, audio muxing, recorder FFmpeg selection and CLI
teardown to their pre-Seko implementations. Handle media compatibility
in deployment images.

Validation:
- pre-commit passed for the affected files.
- Restored media and teardown files/method match the pre-Seko baseline.
- NPU attention (24 cases) and eight-NPU v2.7/v3 warmup/compile generation
passed before reverting the media compatibility changes.
Restore the shared flash_attn2 implementation and register the prior
boundary-aware dispatch as flash_attn2_varlen in the same module. Select
it for Seko audio defaults and configs so packed frames stay separated
without changing other models' FA2 dispatch.

Validation: pre-commit passed for all changed files; registry import and
seven CPU dispatch/segmentation checks passed. Native NVIDIA kernels
and full-model regressions were not run.
Warm RS2V and InfiniteTalk runners at startup with two preset resolutions
and first/continuation segments. Preserve configured sampling schedules
and compiled caches, and clear VAE and RoPE state before real requests.
Remove the additional warmup from request execution.

Validation: pre-commit, eight CPU regression groups, and eight-rank Ascend
startup and four-step inference for Seko 2.7 and v3. Formal inference
produced no additional AOT graphs; RS2V also passed an 85-frame request.

the checkpoint’s FP32 .weight_scale values for int8-metax rather than routing
them through GET_DTYPE().

Review comments at @lightx2v/models/networks/wan/audio_model.py:
- Around line 85-86: Update the `.weight_scale` handling condition so FP32
scales are preserved for both `musa_fp8` and `int8-metax` adapters, storing them
as `torch.float32` without passing them through the fallback cast to
`GET_DTYPE()`.

Review comments at @lightx2v/models/networks/wan/infinitetalk_model.py:
- Around line 53-54: Update the `.weight_scale` handling condition in the
adapter loader to preserve FP32 scales for `int8-metax` adapters as well as
`musa_fp8`, keeping those tensors on `target_device` with `torch.float32`
instead of allowing them to fall through to the `GET_DTYPE()` conversion.

Review comments at @lightx2v/shot_runner/rs2v_infer.py:
- Line 271: Update build_startup_config to reapply a non-null CLI model_path
after merging config_json, so the CLI value takes precedence while an
unspecified CLI value preserves the JSON setting. This shared helper also serves
both inference entry points.
- Line 271: Update argument handling before the build_cli_inputs call in the
startup path to reject --model_path when --task is omitted, using the argument
parser’s error mechanism. Preserve the existing behavior when both arguments are
provided, and do not discard an explicit task from --config_json on other paths.

Explanation

The title "feat(seko): support compile, warmup & metax, musa platform。" names the main theme of the changeset. The raw summary and PR objectives show Seko platform support for MetaX, MUSA, MLU, and Ascend, including compilation and warmup. The title covers the main work but omits MLU and NPU/Ascend, and it uses a mixed comma and full-width punctuation style. It also contains an unescaped HTML entity (&). These issues make it partially related, not fully related, to the changeset. The title does not describe anything absent from the changeset, so it does not fail.

Preserve FP32 scales when loading int8-metax checkpoints.

If an int8-metax checkpoint contains FP32 .weight_scale tensors, this condition sends them through GET_DTYPE() instead. The MetaX weight template later converts the rounded values back to FP32, but cannot recover their original precision. Add int8-metax to the FP32 scale branch so the quantized model uses the checkpoint scales. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Keep int8-metax adapter scales in FP32.

When the newly supported int8-metax adapter has FP32 .weight_scale tensors, the fallback at Lines 89–92 casts them to GET_DTYPE(). The MetaX weight implementation requires FP32 scales; converting the rounded scales back to FP32 cannot restore their checkpoint values. Include int8-metax in the FP32 scale condition.

Update the `.weight_scale` handling condition so FP32 scales are preserved for
both `musa_fp8` and `int8-metax` adapters, storing them as `torch.float32`
without passing them through the fallback cast to `GET_DTYPE()`.

Preserve int8-metax scales in the InfiniteTalk adapter loader.

If an int8-metax adapter contains FP32 .weight_scale tensors, the fallback at Lines 57–60 casts them to GET_DTYPE(). That conversion loses scale precision before the MetaX weight implementation uses the tensors. Include int8-metax in this FP32 scale condition.

Apply the CLI --model_path after the JSON merge.

build_startup_config merges config_json into the startup config. If that JSON contains model_path, the value passed with --model_path is overwritten. The model then loads the checkpoint from the JSON path. The function already re-applies CLI task, model_variant, and fps after the merge. Apply model_path the same way.

This helper is shared with lightx2v/infer.py, so the change also affects that entry point.

Update build_startup_config to reapply a non-null CLI model_path after merging
config_json, so the CLI value takes precedence while an unspecified CLI value
preserves the JSON setting. This shared helper also serves both inference entry
points.

Require --task when --model_path is set.

When --model_path is set and --task is omitted, the task becomes None during startup configuration. Runner setup then fails with task must be set when the runner is created. The explicit task value in --config_json is also discarded on this path. Reject the invalid combination during argument handling:

Review comment at @lightx2v/shot_runner/rs2v_infer.py at line 271:
Update argument handling before the build_cli_inputs call in the startup path to
reject --model_path when --task is omitted, using the argument parser’s error
mechanism. Preserve the existing behavior when both arguments are provided, and
do not discard an explicit task from --config_json on other paths.
