FAQ
- What is DSA?
- How to maintain data privacy?
- Is there any public Multiplexed images datasets provided to test HistoJS?
The Digital Slide Archive (DSA) is an open source free license platform that provides the ability to store, manage, visualize and annotate large imaging data sets.
End-user data (e.g. OME.Tiff files) privacy can be maintained by the authentication process when data hosted privately on the Digital Slide Archive (DSA) platforms( e.g. Styx). DSA is a Secure Data Management platform provides fine-grained user or role-based access to datasets, images & metadata, and annotation.
Also, end-user can install DSA locally on the user machine or the user cluster to host his Multiplexed images, and add the local DSA path to HistoJS DSA hosts form accessible from Settings.
We provide public Multiplexed images on Styx with the collection A_OME_TIFF that end user can access from HistoJS and try. (Data Sources: nanoString and Rashid et al. )
