根因: Rust 重写遗漏 CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR 环境变量, CC daemon 用默认 ~/.claude 作为配置目录, 导致启动后是全新(开箱)模式, 丢失用户自定义配置/插件/会话。 修复: compute_inject_vars 注入 CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR = resolve_config_dir(config) (即 D:/AGENTS/Claude Code/claude-code-config), 进入子进程 env + settings.json。 与原始 .bin 脚本行为一致。
