Added new Q/A for the maximum number of certificates supported by a WHfB container.
Description
Add a new Q/A item regarding how much certificates you can add in an existing WHfB container.
Why
There is a limit of 30 certificates but this limit is not documented yet. This could be misleading for users if they intend to put more than 30 certificates in a WHfB container. Eg. users willing to use WHfB to store their S/MIME certificates. If these users have a lot of mail encryption certs, they could reach the limit.
