In some situations, you might want to associate a primary user with devices enrolled without user affinity. To do this task, you can send the `IntuneUDAUserlessDevice` key to the Company Portal app in an app configuration policy for managed devices. The first user that signs in to the Company Portal app is established as the primary user. If the first user signs out and a second user signs in, the first user remains the primary user of the device.
