feat: [DX-3360] Add size and align variant for prefix in ListTile

Summary

• added a size variant for prefix. This fixes the tiny-tini OptimusAvatar if placed there.
• added a possibility to override the vertical alignment of the prefix. Default behavior - top, or center if there is asuffix.
• added some util methods to optimus_widgetbook that will be useful later.

Testing steps

1. Open OptimusListTile.
2. Simulate the desired state by changing exposed knobs.
3. Check if nothing looks off.

Follow-up issues

Add an alignment prop to OptimusAvatar, because by default it is aligned to AlignmentDirectional.topStart.

Check during review

• Verify against Jira issue.
• Is the PR over 300 additions? Consider rejecting it with advice to split it. Is it over 500 additions? It should definitely be rejected.
• Unused code removed.
• Build passing.
• Is it a bug fix? Check that it is covered by a proper test (unit or integration).
