This replaces the string processing code which mapped from a subversion URL into a project with a regular expression. This should fix a bug where the name of the mirror URL is not fcm1 and should do the project name extraction in a single operation.

Summary
The
suite_report.pyscript does not currently work on the NG-ARCH sandbox. This adds support for the platform and its local mirror repository.Changes
