[Issue] Negative contract values #5936

Brief Description *

When the new month happened, 2 of the 4 contracts had negative payouts

Hey @kipstafoo! This should be fixed in the latest nightly. This was fixed with #5900. I loaded up your save and used GM mode to generate contracts - they all had a positive estimated profit.
