This is the first 2025 beta release for URCL. This release requires AdvantageScope v4.0.0-beta-3 or later, and Spark Max/Flex devices must be running 2025 firmware. This update also includes an option to log data to DataLog without NetworkTables (by @spacey-sooty).

This release updates to a new logging format, which significantly reduces log file size and supports aliases for device names. AdvantageScope v3.2.0 or later is required when running this version of URCL.
