Changes

• Fixed the issue with Ghost sending a null reference error at OnServerLeave().
• Fixed the issue with joining players seeing ghosted players.
• Hard Ghost mode now tries to generate the world around you allowing you to travel the world while hard ghosted.

• seperated ghost in two levels, one allowing server and priviledged users to see the player and the other allowing no one.
