This PR adds support for a asynchronous RwLock, based on how the Mutex was implemented.
My specific use case if for concurrent threads using the same connection that just died and are racing to reconnect. Since the actual connection procedure is quite time consuming, it would make sense to use a asynchronous RwLock.
