Now with support for more operation types

DocumentMover now supports the operation types 'copy' and 'delete'.
The operation type can be configured for each rule.

It is alive

The first version is ready for usage.
Currently files can only be moved. Other operations like copying or deleting will be added in later versions.
The config file must be written by hand until a solution is created to make it easier.
