Review Active issues and Status

  • Trailing Spacing Issues with current version of Docusaurus
    • Bring issue to Board Meeting - Answer Go ahead and try out the upgrade
    • Manana upgraded it and created a branch (upgrade Docusuarus 3.3.2) and it seemed to work- needs testing from other contributors
    • Issue with trailing spaces in the list that is the legend for (...). Fixed in newer versions of Docusaurus.
    • What kind of checklist do we need for updating?
      • Local Checks among contributors
      • Many review
      • Roll Back Strategy
      • When to deploy?
  • PR for RF 7 syntax as a a tab option https://github.com/MarketSquare/robotframework-style-guide/issues/34
    • With roadmap reviewed this can now be added as a PR (Kelby will pick this up)
  • Develop work flow for repo
    • Chose to handle workflow mostly in the robotframeworkguides repo processflow

Discuss issues for next meeting

Open Work Time

  • Guido tested the Docusuarus update branch from Manana
  • Created a short list for updating docusaurus- TBD
  • Some updates to the contributing rules story

Backlog

  • Discuss labeling our issues

  • We should have a planning meeting during an open space day (for prioritizing issues)

    • First make sure we go over our issues (prepare for next meeting?)
    • June?? OpenSpace would be nice

  • insert TODO for subjects that have yet to be done in the style guide, links to issues, etc ...
