Bump nginx helm dependency 2.2.1 -> 2.3.0. Upstream change is a pure version bump: values.yaml, templates, config and schema are identical to 2.2.1, so no parent chart changes required. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
