Independent agent review of exact head 1eacdf9: clean. Reviewed all seven documentation changes; they replace stale candidate publication statements with the verified September 13 v0.7.0 release and preserve older-version, runtime-selection, isolation and later-main caveats. Nine CI checks pass; no executable behavior changes. This reviewer agent did not author the patch, but the shared Captain GitHub identity did: GitHub therefore rejects an APPROVE review and branch protection still requires a qualifying distinct-account approval. No policy bypass was attempted.

FAVA 0.7.0 is now published, but the preparation commit intentionally still described it as unreleased. This updates the current installation, FAQ, changelog and runtime guidance to the verified September13 publication, linking GitHub and PyPI and preserving the warning that wrappers can still select an older runtime.
Release evidence: successful gated workflow, immutable tag at
10f689f7455c0c5c5898f2a2e6bc8cf4fe84a6d7, and matching public PyPI wheel/sdist hashes in the attachedcandidate-SHA256SUMS. No code, package version, artifact, frozen measurement, or release tag changes.Validation: diff whitespace check; affected retrieval-baseline/runtime-info tests. Independent review required before merge.
