Remove JSON implementation and registration template work from graph headers. Initialize built-in factories in the library and preserve metadata ownership and serialized name mappings. Developed with Codex (GPT-6).
Remove the redundant built-in discovery test and its separate executable. Retain coverage for serialized type mappings, capacity limits and custom registration. Developed with Codex (GPT-6).
