- include TM for MDAnalysis - declare as sole property of NumFOCUS, Inc., see guidance by Nicole Foster (NumFOCUS): #1 (comment) - change NumFOCUS, INC. to NumFOCUS, Inc.

This looks good, the only question I would have is if we should be saying that derivatives of the logo are also under trademark? (are they?)
I would guess that they are according to https://numfocus.org/trademark-guidelines. However, the guidelines also make it sound like the only logo alteration that is allowed is scaling, so it does not sound as though derivatives can even be generated without explicit approval from NumFOCUS. Perhaps @nicole-numfocus could please confirm. |
