Right now, OpenXR support for Android is forced on always in the openxr-experimental branch. Instead, this should be an option, however it's an option that should work with external Android Studio projects. Maybe have two separate targets? This needs investigating and implementation.

Make sure to remove OpenXR layer in non-openxr build, just in case it was built before.
