2cfbbcd Simpified how we handle connecting to an external cluster in "headless" server mode Removed the extras directory entirely as the scripts within were essentially replicating the same type of yaml chaining done in the .env file Moved the docker-compose-server.yaml from the extras dir into the same area with all other yamls and renamed it to docker-compose-headless-server.yaml to make its function more obvious Updated docker-compose-external.yaml to rename the dse-config container to dse so it hooks up properly to other containers.  This mimicks what happens in the non-external cluster case where a local DSE cluster is created within the dse container.  Honestly, this only matters for cases where an external clsuter is being used.  If you are using default settings you can ignore.
