A simulation of human interactions at a large scale, using python numpy and matplotlib. It is a simple reaction–diffusion system based on darwinian dynamics.

This project uses eigen, opencv and cmake. The building operations are classical. The main framework is still in construction, the code will be more modular in the futur.
