安装JAVA运行环境 https://java.com/zh_CN/

WIN 使用

1，https://java.com/zh_CN/ 安装JAVA运行环境
2，安装Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (WIN7以上系统不需要安装)
3，安装：右击“install.cmd”文件，选择“使用管理员运行”
4，卸载：右击“uninstall.cmd”文件，选择“使用管理员运行”
