To start your Phoenix server:
- Install dependencies with
mix deps.get - Create and migrate your database with
mix ecto.create && mix ecto.migrate - Install Node.js dependencies with
cd assets && npm install - Start Phoenix endpoint with
mix phx.server
Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.

To use vagrant as development environment, simply use following commands
- Start the vagrant box with
vagrant up - Connect to the box using ssh with
vagrant ssh - Go to /Vagrant folder to start Phoenix server as mentioned above
Box has postgresql and phoenix framework is set up properly.
