Added a new coordinates-based text extraction method under PdfContentTextLocator.java to extract strings that intersect the given bounding box.
Changed return type to generic java.util.List, minor code cleanup.
Unit-Tests for the new Feature
Added two unit tests under PdfTextExtractorTest.java
