Block Facebook Opera Extension

Opera extension to block connections to facebook from third-party sites.
Prevents Facebook from tracking your browsing behaviour.

* Blocks facebook scripts from executing when not coming from a non-facebook domain.
* Add facebook plugins url to url blocker. (Requires Opera 11.10)
