Miasma is a pairing program for McMahon style Go tournaments. It uses ratings as the basis for pairings, not ranks, and allows you to create bands. Miasma smells of console It is essentially the second version of Ire, but written in dotnet core in VisualStudioCode. It is also my intention to add a bit of Nim inside the workings.
