This PR adds a comprehensive Cirq quantum computing framework cheatsheet, addressing issue #400. The cheatsheet provides a practical reference for quantum computing developers using Cirq.

Changes made:

  1. Added cirq_cheatsheet.py with detailed sections covering:
  • Installation and setup
  • Qubit operations
  • Quantum gates
  • Circuit building
  • Simulation and measurement
  • Noise modeling
  • Advanced features
  1. Updated main README.md to include Cirq cheatsheet reference
  2. Added cross-references to related quantum computing resources
