Adds the Requirement Sources page (docs/kane-cli-assurance-sources.mdx), converted from the testmuCom Docusaurus markdown source, and wires it into the Assurance nav group in docs.json between Context Graph and Designing Tests, matching the sidebars.js ordering in testmuCom.
