Check all figures for legibility, issue fixes to authors

Should be do-able fairly quickly, using your PDF viewer's search facility to hop from one figure to the next. You might want to change the Figure environment so the captions read "Fig." instead of "Figure" first, to avoid stepping through all 238 instances of the word "Figure" but its not necessary. Are the labels, legends, titles, points, lines etc big and clear enough to be easily read? Who'd like to take this on?
