Section 9.4 figures

@connolly @sschmidt23 @janewman could you please increase the size of the labels and axes in your figures please? This will address #486

@MelissaGraham has done the bulk of the work putting this together, including the figures, I want to make sure that she gets the credit for the work. She's also the one who has the scripts to update the figures, Melissa, can you increase the label sizes on the Photo-z section plots and replace them in the document?

I've updated the figures and created a pull request to integrate the new figures. I also made two small, relevant changes to the photoz.tex file and created a pull request for that, to (#547). Together, these should satisfy these requests?
