Dataset of Clock and Adcyap1 alleles for Birds
This repository contains a spreadsheet workbook that compiles data on two clock genes, studied within the context of migration genetics, for various passerine and non-passering species. These files can be read by Microsoft Office, StarOffice, OpenOffice, or LibreOffice. CSV files for the index as well as individual species are also available and can be viewed with spreadsheet software or any compatible text reader such as Notepad. The dataset was collected and collated as part of a systematic review [1], including data from both published and unpublished species, and the original details for version 1.0.2 were also published [2]. This dataset will be maintained with version histories for future updates and re-use.
