Use database for MP data

Uses the stored MP data in the supabase instance to populate the data, rather than directly pulling from the Google sheets API.

Changes

• Remove/update data formatting that was necesary for transforming the google sheets data
• Update the API endpoint to fetch the data stored on supabase
• Update the spinner colour, it wasn't very clear on "light mode"
