KVFinder-web service is a RESTful web service that runs parKVFinder software to identify and describe cavities in a target biomolecular structure using a dual probe system. The description includes spatial and constitutional characterization. The spatial description includes shape, volume and area. The constitutional description includes amino acids that form the identified cavities.

PyMOL KVFinder-web Tools is a PyMOL v2 plugin client for detecting and characterizing biomolecular cavities at a KVFinder-web service, which is natively configured to our publicly available web service (http://parkvfinder.cnpem.br:8081).
