Fix rare PBC error in make_topologies.py (resolves zbf error)
Keep folder of template files made by Ryther using Materials Studio
Selenium-driven script to scrape data from RCSR (useful if data is needed that's not in the .cgd file)
The old make_topologies.py script had several deficiencies. The most crucial was that it did not necessarily produce the smallest possible unit cell. This has now been addressed in a largely rewritten make_topologies.py file
Add template files generated using make_topologies.py
Example output CIFs when run using the files in templates/, edges/, nodes/
